Dropbox said “falling in love” with Mailbox once being discovered. The host file online said to have the same philosophy as the company it bought, including resolving hidden problems of life and re-imagine the things we do every day.

Dropbox doesn’t replace your folders or your hard drive: it makes them better. The same is true with Mailbox. It doesn’t replace your email: it makes it better. Whether it’s your Dropbox or your Mailbox, we want to find ways to simplify your life.

For its part, Mailbox also announced that the application will not disappear from the App Store but instead will continue to evolve with Dropbox. The host file will also use the start-up technology that was acquired to improve its service as attachments in emails. No price on the transaction was revealed. Mailbox [App Store Link – Free] only supports Gmail and is only compatible with the iPhone and iPod touch.
